Davide Comastri offre l’assistenza tecnica necessaria per tutte le apparecchiature che commercializza in particolare:
- installations and testing
- installations with iq/oq qualifications
- course of instruction in the use of tools
- routine and preventive maintenance
In addition, in 2020 Comastri Distribution began providing the technical service of some of the most important companies in the industrial and hospital sectors.
Comastri Distribution has a call center and facility that can interface with the customer from the time of the call until the problem is resolved.
Certifications
At the beginning of the year 2021, Comastri Distribution has equipped itself with the quality service according to the international standards uni en iso 9001: 2015, iso 9001 quality certificates for both Commercial and Technical Assistance Activities, and is able to operate with the certifications :
- PES-PAV-PEI (tre diverse categorie: le persone esperte (PES), le persone avvertite (PAV) e le persone idonee (PEI). Questi tre ruoli possono essere ricoperte da persone riconosciute dal datore di lavoro come idonee per svolgere lavori su parti in tensione o momentaneamente fuori tensione)
- Certificates of participation of technicians in the various training and refresher courses for the various brands covered.

Gli uffici sono aperti tutto l’anno dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8:30 alle 12:30 e dalle 13:30 alle 17:30.
L’organico tecnico è costituito da 2 tecnici specializzati (senior) ed 1 junior che dispongono di un laboratorio interno e di un vasto numero di apparecchiature di misurazione e controllo.
Comastri Distribution employs highly qualified personnel who have had many years of experience in the hospital industry for more than 25 years and are therefore able to perform technical service and installations on a wide range of equipment.
